Fantastic Four

Twentieth Century Fox gambles on a Fantastic Four reboot with some twists & a younger team. This is the Ultimate Marvel Universe version, not the original 1960's comic book story. It's still the story of how Reed Richards (Miles Teller), Ben Grimm (Jamie Bell), Sue Storm (Kate Mara), & Johnny Storm (Michael B. Jordan) got their powers with a glimpse at their childhood. By the end, they must battle Victor von Doom to save the world. The special effects looked pretty good but wished they didn't come so late in the show. The team doesn't even pick out their name until the end. This movie was good but not fantastic. Though, Alien liked this darker tale better than the 2005 version. Hopefully, there will be a sequel that will showcase their powers more and feature a new villain.
